Fred Cromie

Fred Cromie has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Fred began their career as a Survey Technician and Data Processing Technician at the Ministry of Transportation in 1994, where they worked until 1996. Fred then joined J.D. Barnes Limited as a Surveyor, until 1998.

In 1998, Fred Cromie joined Vanbots Construction, starting as a Field Engineer and subsequently working as an Assistant Superintendent, Project Coordinator, and Assistant Project Manager. Fred worked at Vanbots Construction until 2009.

Fred Cromie then joined Carillion Canada Inc. as a Project Manager from 2009 to 2011.

Since 2012, Fred Cromie has been working at Bird Construction. Fred initially started as a Project Manager and later transitioned to the role of Senior Business Analyst in IT Solution Delivery in 2013.

Fred Cromie attended the University of Toronto Mississauga from 1991 to 1996, where they earned an Honours B.Sc. degree. During their time there, they specialized in Surveying Science. Prior to that, in 1990 to 1991, they underwent Basic Officer Training Course (BOTC) at the Canadian Armed Forces - Royal Military College. No specific degree was mentioned for this period.
