Wayne Gingrich CPA, ICD.D has extensive work experience in finance and executive roles. Wayne started their career at General Electric in various positions and worked there from 1995 to 2003. Wayne then joined Earth Tech, a division of Tyco International, as the Vice President of Finance for Global Water Projects and Products from 2003 to 2008. Following that, Wayne joined AECOM as the Chief Financial Officer for Canada from 2008 to 2010, and later became the Executive Vice President of Finance for North America from 2010 to 2014. After leaving AECOM, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at MMM Group from 2014 to 2016. Currently, Wayne is the Chief Financial Officer at Bird Construction since April 2016.

Wayne Gingrich CPA, ICD.D completed the Directors Education Program (ICD.D) at the Institute of Corporate Directors from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration and Economics Minor at Wilfrid Laurier University from 1991 to 1995.
