Joe Pereira

Joe Pereira has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. In 2013, they started working at Landscapes by Lucin as a Production/Project Manager, where they stayed until 2018. In 2019, they joined Royalty General Construction as a Project Manager, and in 2020, they joined Bird Construction as an Assistant Project Manager.

Joe Pereira attended the University of Toronto - University of St. Michael's College from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. In terms of additional certifications, they became certified as a Procore Certified Project Manager (Project Management) in November 2021 through Procore Technologies. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Landscape Technician certification in July 2011 from the National Association of Landscape Professionals. More recently, in November 2022, they obtained certifications in Construction Change Orders and Construction Management: Introduction to Lean Construction from LinkedIn.
