M.eng. Will Joudi P.eng.

Will Joudi, M.Eng., P.Eng. has amassed significant experience in project management and site superintendent roles in the construction industry. Will is currently working as a Senior Project Manager at Bird Construction, where they have been employed since 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Project Manager/Projects Director at BGL Contractors Corp from 2016 to 2022.

Before joining BGL Contractors Corp, Will served as a Project Manager at the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services from 2014 to 2016. Will also worked as a Project Manager at GS E&C from 2010 to 2013, and as a Project Manager at DMM Joint Venture from 2008 to 2011.

Will's early career includes positions as a Site Superintendent at DYWIDAG from 2006 to 2008 and at MUSHRIF Trading & Contracting Co. from 2003 to 2006. Will Joudi, M.Eng., P.Eng. completed their Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Ottawa from 2016 to 2018. Will also received a Certificate in Project Management from Ryerson University in 2014. In addition to their educational qualifications, Will has attained additional certifications including the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) from Adriatica Safety Consultant Inc., Safety Leadership from Fluor, Teambuilding Applications from IIR, and Workplace Hazardous Material Information System (WHMIS) from Adriatica Safety Consultant Inc.
