Suriya Prakash

Suriya Prakash efficiently manages the contract submittals process and reviews submissions for conformance with the contract documents. Suriya supports the preparation of project deliverables, including tracking RFI's and agreements. Suriya also assists the project manager throughout the contract and handles RFI's such as submittals and change orders. Prior to their current role at Bird Construction, Suriya gained experience as a student project coordinator at LCIT PM Guild and as a human resources coordinator. Suriya holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Anna University Chennai and is currently pursuing a PGD in Construction Project Management at Lambton College.
