Whitney Y.

Whitney Y. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Whitney began their career as a Communications Intern at Strathcona-Tweedsmuir School in 2002. Whitney then worked as an Emergency Response Planner and Trainer at Behr Integrated Solutions Inc. from 2003 to 2006.

From 2006 to 2012, Whitney held multiple roles at ConocoPhillips Canada, including Stakeholder and Aboriginal Economic Development Specialist and Crisis Management Emergency Response. Whitney developed and implemented an Aboriginal engagement program and led emergency management initiatives.

In 2012, they co-founded CELSUS MANAGEMENT LTD, an enterprise risk management company, where they served as the Managing Director. Whitney was responsible for various start-up strategies and worked with clients from different industries.

Whitney joined UnitedHealth Group in 2016 as the Manager of Indigenous Business and Partnerships. Whitney developed and executed an Indigenous engagement program and managed strategic partnerships.
