Michelle Brummer

Michelle Brummer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations and strategic management. Currently serving as Director of Global Business Operations and Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at MessageBird since September 2021, Michelle previously held multiple roles at Salesforce from October 2016 to September 2021, including Senior Manager of M&A Strategy & Integration. Additional experience includes consulting positions at Volkswagen of America, Inc., and business development at SAVE ME Foundation and AIESEC. Michelle holds a Master's Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Oxford, an MBA from Hult International Business School, and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology from the University of Winchester, supplemented by studies in Criminal Justice at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
