Monique Viscaino

Monique Viscaino is an experienced project manager with a strong background in carrier services and financial operations. Currently serving as Project Manager for Global Carrier Services at Bird, Monique has successfully led operational roll-out planning for North America SMS products, coordinated onboarding for key customers, and developed a Knowledge Base for SMS connectivity. Previous roles include Connectivity Enablement Manager and Carrier Services Operations Coordinator at Bird, as well as Senior Business Controller at CNA Ensino de Linguas, where Monique managed financial operations and achieved cost reductions. Other notable experiences include event coordination at ISEAL Alliance and organizational support at Relief International. Monique holds a Master of Science in Social Policy and Development from The London School of Economics and a Master of Business Administration from Universidade de São Paulo.
