Pamela Stiehler

Pamela Stiehler is an accomplished legal professional specializing in commercial law and complex negotiations, currently serving as Senior Commercial Counsel for Bird since October 2022. With extensive experience at Oracle from July 2008 to September 2022, Pamela held various leadership roles, including Director of the Complex Deal Strategy Team, overseeing strategic negotiations and complex transactions in the cloud business. Prior legal positions include Corporate Counsel at Skywire Software, Intellectual Property Attorney at Bruning Law Firm, and Managing Litigation Counsel at Brice, Vander Linden & Wernick, P.C. Pamela holds a Juris Doctorate from SMU Dedman School of Law, a BA in English Literature from the University of Texas at Austin, and has participated in a Creative Writing program at Southern Methodist University.
