Justin Crouse has extensive experience in customer service and operational management, currently serving as a Working Manager at Bird-in-Hand Corporation since May 2008, where responsibilities include enhancing customer experiences and fostering client relationships for improved retention and revenue growth. Additionally, Justin completed an internship at NBC News in 2010, collaborating on show formats and gaining expertise in digital media and broadcasting strategy.
