Nicole Rodriguez Van Dyk is a Partner at Bird Marella since October 2012. Nicole previously worked as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Josephine Staton at Central District of California from August 2011 to August 2012. Prior to that, Nicole served as a Litigation Attorney specializing in White-Collar Criminal Defense and Complex Commercial Disputes at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP from September 2008 to July 2011. Van Dyk holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, obtained in 2008, and a B.A. in Sociology from UCLA.
