Gina C.

Gina Crandell has a range of work experience in different roles and industries. Gina most recently worked at Bird Rock Systems as an Account Manager starting in 2020 and is currently in that position. Prior to that, they were an IT Project Manager at the same company from September 2020 to February 2023.

Before joining Bird Rock Systems, Gina participated in an IT Apprenticeship Program at the Department Of Labor & Training from October 2019 to December 2020. During the program, they received training in computer systems administration and technical support tasks, gaining competencies in areas such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and Windows 10.

Gina also worked at Data41 as a Project Manager/Lead Support from June 2018 to July 2019. In this role, they managed project expectations, resources, timelines, and budgets. Gina also conducted detailed data analysis and collaborated with senior staff to meet organizational requirements.

Their earlier experience includes working as a Project Manager at BDG Builders Inc from September 2016 to June 2018. In this position, Gina oversaw subcontracting services, handled administrative functions, coordinated communication between internal staff and external agencies, and assisted with contract negotiations.

Gina Crandell's education history begins with an Associate degree in Business Administration, Social and Behavioral Science and Photography from Mt. San Jacinto College, which they obtained in May 2012. Gina then pursued further studies and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Management Information Systems from San Diego State University. This degree was completed between 2016 and 2018.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Gina has obtained several certifications. Gina became a Certified Photographer through Mt. San Jacinto College in May 2012. Later, in June 2019, they acquired two certifications related to IBM Planning Analytics, namely General Administration and Local Administration. Lastly, they attained the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in December 2021, followed by the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification in January 2021.
