Gulshan Jha

Gulshan Jha's work experience includes roles at Birdeye and Teleperformance. At Birdeye, Gulshan started as a Technical Support Engineer in March 2020 and transitioned to Senior Technical Support Engineer in January 2022. In January 2023, Gulshan became a Principal Engineer before ultimately becoming a Team Lead - Integration in July 2023. At Teleperformance, Gulshan started as an Assistant Manager in April 2016 and held that role until March 2020.
