Sean Santos

Sean Santos has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sean began their career as a Material Handler at Jabil SMX Staffing, where they managed warehouse operations and ensured accurate delivery and stocking of materials. Sean then progressed to roles such as Purchasing Intern and Buyer at Jabil, where they gained experience in procurement and vendor management.

Sean expanded their expertise as a Purchasing Agent at Creative Communications, where they approved vendors' bids, assessed product quality, and implemented new procurement processes. Sean later joined Honeywell (The Fountain Group) as a Procurement Specialist, overseeing the entire vendor selection process and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers.

Moving into sales, Sean worked at Yelp as a Junior Local Sales Manager and later as an Associate Sales Manager. In these roles, they coached Account Executives, met sales goals, and allocated sales areas to team members. Sean further developed their sales career at OmniEngine, where they served as an Inside Sales Manager. Here, they managed sales campaigns, oversaw a growing team of representatives, and presented program proposals to senior management.

Most recently, Sean worked at PerkSpot as an Enterprise Sales Manager, focusing on identifying potential customers and increasing sales through upselling. Sean also implemented training methods to improve employee performance and developed sales strategies.

Sean currently holds the position of Enterprise Business Development Manager at Birdeye, where they continue to leverage their sales and business development expertise to drive growth and increase revenue.

Sean Santos attended Arizona State University from 2012 to 2016, where they studied business and corporate communications. During their time at university, they did not obtain a specific degree. Additionally, Sean holds additional certifications, including a Vertical Certification in Home Services and a Yelp Product Certification, both obtained from Yelp.
