Katie Deacon

Katie Deacon currently serves as the Event Marketing Manager at Birdie, a position held since July 2024. Previously, Katie held the role of Senior Marketing Executive at JM Finn from January 2021 to July 2024, following an earlier position as Marketing Executive. Experience at Funding Circle UK spanned from August 2016 to January 2021, where Katie progressed from Junior Account Manager to Account Manager and ultimately to Marketing Executive. Prior to this, Katie was the Supervisor for Alumni Relations at the University of Southampton from October 2013 to May 2016. Katie Deacon holds a Level 4 Professional Marketing qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, obtained in April 2023, along with a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Southampton, earned in 2016.
