Jason Marchionna

Jason Marchionna is a seasoned mechanical designer with extensive experience in various engineering and creative roles. Currently serving as Mechanical Designer III at Birdon Group since February 2018, Jason previously worked as a CAD Engineer/Fabricator at Pro Shaper Sheet Metal, where project highlights included reverse engineering antique cars. Earlier career contributions include work as Lead Engineer and Machine Shop Manager at Harvard Medical School, managing projects related to custom medical devices. As Producer, Engineer, and Sound Designer at Hooker Street Studios, Jason created music for diverse platforms. Additional roles include ownership of dBDawgAudio, providing DIY audio products, and serving as Pro Tools Editor at BBC Audiobooks America. Initial engineering experience was gained at Transform Pharmaceuticals, focusing on automated platforms for pharmaceutical development. Jason holds a degree in Music Production and Engineering from Berklee College of Music.
