Kevin Horodas is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in multifamily underwriting and real estate investment. Currently serving as a Senior Multifamily Underwriter at Acra Lending since October 2021 and as Principal at Horodas Realty Group since March 2021, Kevin also held previous roles as an Associate Underwriter and Underwriting Analyst at Arbor Realty Trust from June 2017 to May 2020. Kevin began their career at Colliers International as a Financial Analyst and has held various positions including Investments Intern at Industrial Developments International and Credit Analyst at Borel Private Bank & Trust Company. Kevin holds a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Rochester.
