Judith Shea has a strong background in UX design and has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Judith is currently working as the Principal of CX/UX Design at Birdsong Hearing Benefits, where they ensure that service designs are based on customer needs and aims to improve user experience. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of User Experience Design at Empower for a brief period.
