Brittany Fleck

Brittany Fleck has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Brittany is currently working as the Chief Product Officer at Culprit Group since 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head Of Product Development at Finesse from 2020 to 2022. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Product Developer + Merchandiser at Revolve. Before that, they were an Assistant Buyer at Tobi from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they gained experience as a Women's Buyer at Belmont Army from 2011 to 2014, where they handled various responsibilities such as trend analysis, inventory management, and store operations. Brittany started their career as an Assistant Designer at Anastasia Chatzka in 2008 and worked there until 2010. Prior to that, they also gained experience as an Assistant Designer at Due Per Due from 2006 to 2008. Brittany started their career in the fashion industry as a Merchandising Intern at Oscar de la Renta in 2005 and later worked as a Merchandising Team Lead at Urban Outfitters in 2005. Their first role in the industry was as a Showroom Manager/Assistant Men's Account Executive at Diesel in 2004.

Brittany Fleck attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising Management. In 2021, they pursued a Fashion and Sustainability Certification from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London. Prior to attending the Fashion Institute of Technology, they briefly attended Florida State University in 2003 and 2004, but did not complete a degree. Their field of study during their time at Florida State University was Fashion/Apparel Design.
