Ashley Gleiter

Ashley Gleiter is currently working at Birge & Held as a Senior Talent Development Specialist since September 2023. Prior to this, Ashley held various positions at TrueBlue Inc. from June 2015 to September 2023, including Learning and Development Specialist, Leadership Development Manager, and Market Recruiter. Before that, Ashley worked at Mattress Firm from September 2009 to May 2015, holding positions such as Market Manager, Area Manager, and Store Manager. Ashley attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington from 2000 to 2004 and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing.
