Jason Schenkel

Jason Schenkel is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as an Assistant Controller at Birge & Held since November 2021, following a role as a Senior Accounting Associate. Prior to this, Jason worked at TWG Development, LLC from December 2015 to November 2021, where roles included Senior Property Accountant, Property Accountant, and Accounting Intern. Initial experience in the field includes a Legal and Compliance Intern position at First Merchants Corporation in late 2015, as well as earlier roles as a Driver's Assistant at Monarch Beverage and a Produce Clerk at Marsh Supermarkets. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ball State University, completed between 2013 and 2015, and is a graduate of Carmel High School.
