Josie Peacock

Josie Peacock is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in investor relations and acquisitions. Currently serving as Vice President of Investor Relations at Birge & Held since February 2024, Josie previously held multiple senior roles at CRG from April 2018 to July 2023, including Director of Acquisitions and Director of Capital Markets. Earlier career highlights include positions at Decennial Group as Associate Director of Investments and several roles at CBRE, where contributions included the Associate Director of the Financial Consulting Group. Josie's leadership and financial acumen were also demonstrated as Vice President of Finance for Pi Beta Phi Fraternity, where an annual budget of over $1 million was managed. Josie earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance Real Estate from Indiana University Bloomington and the Kelley School of Business.
