Alexander Blang

Alexander Blang currently serves as the Head of Retail Operations Europe at BIRKENSTOCK since November 2025. Previously, Alexander held the position of Director of Sales & Operations at PAPER & TEA from January 2024 to October 2025, overseeing e-commerce management and retail operations across seven countries. Prior to this role, Alexander spent nearly nine years at HUGO BOSS, ascending through various leadership positions including Vice President of Retail Central Hub and Senior Head of Retail Germany & Austria. Alexander's career began at s.Oliver Group, where multiple managerial roles were undertaken from October 2006 to January 2015. Alexander earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW).
