Franca Bong

Franca Bong has extensive experience in finance and business management. Currently serving as the Head of Finance DTC Europe at BIRKENSTOCK since May 2019, Franca has progressed through roles including Senior Manager Finance Europe and Senior Sales Controller. Prior to BIRKENSTOCK, Franca worked at L'Oréal as a Business Unit Controller from January 2015 to March 2019. Early career experiences include tenure at KPMG Deutschland, where roles ranged from Praktikantin to Assistant Manager from February 2010 to December 2014. Franca holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Taxation from the University of Cologne and has completed a term abroad in International Business at Prague University of Economics and Business. An earlier Bachelor of Science in Betriebswirtschaftslehre was also obtained from the University of Cologne.
