Min Ji Kwon

Min Ji Kwon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global sales planning and merchandise management. Currently serving as the Manager of Global Sales Planning at BIRKENSTOCK since January 2023, Min Ji previously held the position of E-commerce & Retail Global Merchandise Manager/Planner at Esprit from November 2017 to December 2022. Additionally, Min Ji worked as the E-commerce Merchandise Manager for Zara Woman at Inditex from September 2015 to November 2017, focusing on women's footwear and accessories. Academically, Min Ji Kwon holds an Associate's degree in Fashion Communication and Business Management, an Associate’s degree in Integral Communication Applied, and a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, complemented by education at Atlantic Girls Guaydil School and Nakmin Elementary School in Busan, South Korea.
