Gary Nace

Gary Nace has extensive experience in the food processing industry, serving as a Technical Representative at Birko Corporation. Prior to this role, Gary Nace held the position of Plant Superintendent at Handy Packing from January 1979 to October 1980 and managed a meat processing plant for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice from 1976 to 1979. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Texas A&M University, a Bachelor of Arts in Animal Science from South Plains College, and additional studies at Texas Tech University.
