Sridhar's career began at Elcot New Era Technologies Limited as a Junior Engineer, progressing to senior positions through demonstrated expertise in quality assurance and operational management across several companies, including Godrej Telecom Limited and Elcaps Capacitors Limited. Sridhar holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Physics with a focus on Electronics from Jamal Mohemed College.
