Jose Dreux has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing within the chemicals industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales for the Americas and Global Head of Commercial Excellence at Birla Carbon since September 2008, Jose has held various leadership roles, including Head of Sales for the EMEA Area and Vice President of Sales for both the EMEA region and the Far East and Southeast Asia. Prior to Birla Carbon, Jose worked at Columbian Chemicals Brasil SA for a decade, rising from Sales Coordinator to Director of Marketing and Sales for South America. Jose's early career included a position at Copebras in Sales and Technical Service and a role focused on an ERP project at Columbian Chemicals Company. Educationally, Jose holds a degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, a degree in Chemical Engineering from Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz, and a Chemical Technician qualification from Escola Técnica Walter Belian - ETWB.
