Kishan Lakhani has extensive experience in product design and development within the rubber industry, currently serving this role at Birla Carbon since September 2019. Responsibilities include supporting the Material Innovation group and New Product Development team in new compound development and troubleshooting, as well as evaluating hybrid materials for optimal performance in rubber applications. Prior to this, Kishan worked as a Scientist at Hasetri (R&D center of J K Tyre) from July 2016 to September 2019, focusing on new compound development for various tire types and overseeing industrialization processes. Kishan began his career as a Trainee at Innovative Tyres & Tubes Ltd in June 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Rubber Technology from L.D. College of Engineering and a PGDIR from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
