Charan Kawal Singh Bhatia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Charan Kawal Singh started their career as a Developer at Greenfield Online in 2003 and then moved to Accenture as a Senior Software Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for developing, testing, and deploying projects, as well as leading complex use cases. Charan Kawal Singh then joined Perot Systems (Tsi) Limited as an Associate Technical Lead, where they led a team and collaborated with architects to create functional specs and architecture.
In 2008, Charan joined Microsoft as a Development Lead, designing and developing modules while providing cost-effective solutions. Charan Kawal Singh later worked at AIS (Applied Information Sciences) as a Lead Developer, focusing on Azure development and migrating enterprise applications to the Azure platform.
Charan then joined Hitachi Consulting, where they held various managerial roles. As a Manager Specialized Services - Digital, they bridged the gap between clients and customers by transforming products using the latest technologies. Charan Kawal Singh also participated in architecture design and reviews, mapped requirements, and managed multiple teams for designing, building, and testing MBS applications.
After their time at Hitachi Consulting, Charan worked at ValueLabs as a Senior Technical Architect, leading a dev team and assisting customers in their cloud transformation and adoption journey.
Most recently, Charan is working at Birlasoft as a Lead Architect - Principal Architect. Charan Kawal Singh is involved in data transformation from various data sources to Azure premises, along with analytics using Power BI and DevOps strategy.

Charan Kawal Singh Bhatia obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Delhi University in the period of 1997-2001. Then, they pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Application (M.C.A) from the Institute of Technology and Science from 2001 to 2004. In terms of certifications, they have acquired various qualifications in areas such as AI, blockchain, agile methodologies, and Microsoft technologies. These include certifications from institutions like LinkedIn, Microsoft, Prosci, Blockchain Council, Scaled Agile, Inc., IBM, and Scrum Alliance.
