Gaurav Garg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and consulting, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Principal Consultant at Birlasoft since February 2014. Gaurav has successfully managed strategic HR projects related to global talent hiring and performance management initiatives, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and talent assessment processes. Previously, Gaurav held roles as a Project Manager, Assistant Manager, and Senior Software Engineer, contributing to various technology and integration projects across organizations such as HCL Technologies, IBM India Pvt Ltd, and UST Global. Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from BIT Meerut, Uttar Pradesh Technical University.
