Lakshmi Narayanan P

Lakshmi Narayanan P is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Birlasoft since August 2021, overseeing HR functions for two business units and leading the people advisory team. Previously, Lakshmi held positions at Wipro Limited as Vertical HR Head and at Tata Consultancy Services in various capacities including Business Unit HR Head and Country HR Head. Lakshmi’s earlier career began in the Indian Army as a Major, where command and personnel management were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a PGCM in HR from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, a PGDBA in Human Resources Management and Marketing Management from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai.
