Neil Hawthorne

Neil Hawthorne is a seasoned health and safety professional currently serving as the H&S Director at Birmingham Airport since November 2025, leading health and safety initiatives and reporting directly to the CEO and Board. Previously, Neil held the role of Head of Health, Safety, and Wellbeing at National Highways from March 2022 to November 2025, overseeing a national team and ensuring H&S compliance in high-risk areas.
