Katrina Arnold

Katrina Arnold is a seasoned leader in the financial services sector, currently serving as Chairman of the Board at All Africa Capital Limited and Birmingham Bank, focusing on governance and strategic direction. Since September 2017, Katrina has also been an Independent Non-Executive Director at Fiinu, chairing the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and held a similar role at FBN Bank (UK) Limited until August 2021. With extensive compliance experience, Katrina was Global Head of Regulatory Compliance Monitoring and Testing and Global Head of Anti Bribery and Corruption at HSBC, overseeing compliance efforts across 55 countries. Previously, Katrina contributed to Women in Banking and Finance as National Treasurer and served as a Senior Associate at the Financial Services Authority. An education background includes an Associate’s degree in Banking from the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
