Islam Sherif

Islam Sherif is a professional in the medical field with extensive experience in sports medicine and orthopaedics. Currently serving as an ST3 Resident at the Warwickshire Orthopaedic Surgical Training Program, Islam is involved in both Foot and Ankle and Knee Arthroplasty rotations, supervised by Mr. Gurdip Chahal and Mr. Tim Robertson, respectively. Additionally, Islam holds positions as Matchday Doctor for Derby County Football Club and Academy Doctor for Birmingham City FC. Previous roles include Chief Medical Officer Fellow and Speciality Registrar in Trauma and Orthopaedics at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust, and Matchday Doctor for Mansfield Town Football Club. Islam's earlier experience includes serving as Football Team Doctor for Al Ahly Sporting Club. Education credentials include a Sports Medicine Diploma from FIFA and an MBBS from Ain Shams University.
