Jessica Poulson has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jessica began their career at The Rugby Football League in 2009, where they participated in the RFL Management Academy. In 2010, they joined Premier Software Solutions as a Marketing Officer. Following that, they worked as a Sports Reporter at Leeds Beckett University from 2008 to 2010. In 2011, they joined Volleyball England as a Marketing and Communications Executive. Jessica'sexperience continued to grow as they joined Birmingham City FC in 2013, starting as a Marketing Executive and working their way up to become the Head of Marketing and Brand in 2016 and Chief Marketing and Brand Officer in 2019.

Jessica Poulson completed their education with a Certificate in Digital Marketing from Squared Online in the year 2017. Prior to that, they attended Leeds Beckett University from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Sports Marketing and PR. Between 2005 and 2007, Jessica attended Chase Terrace Technology Sixth Form, where they completed their A-levels in Physical Education, Psychology, Art, and English Literature. Jessica'shigh school education took place at Chase Terrace Technology College from 2000 to 2005, during which they obtained 11 GCSE's. Additionally, they obtained a certification from Squared Online in May 2017.
