Jonathan Grimes

Jonathan Grimes serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Birmingham City FC since July 2025, leading commercial operations encompassing ticketing, hospitality, retail, and conferences. In addition, Jonathan is a business mentor at The King's Trust, helping young entrepreneurs through the Enterprise programme. As an advisor and investor at TechBuddy, Jonathan contributes to an onsite customer support platform. Jonathan has a background in community football as the Chair of Berks County Football Club and served as a volunteer in their commercial efforts. Earlier roles include consulting for Often Partisan during a pivotal acquisition phase for Birmingham City FC and holding various senior positions at Microsoft from 1996 to 2021, culminating as Senior Director for Consumer & Devices Sales EMEA.
