Julie Stonall

Julie Stonall currently serves as the Assistant Director of Careers & Employability at Birmingham City University since August 2023, overseeing teams that provide careers education, placement opportunities, and employer engagement. Previously, Julie held the position of Head of Careers at Aston University from January 2013 to August 2023, where responsibilities included people management and facilitating employability initiatives. Julie's career began with various roles in the recruitment sector, including Project Manager and Internship Manager at Graduate Advantage, Divisional Manager at ASC Connections, and Branch Manager at Randstad Employment Bureau. Additional experience includes positions at Bass Brewery, Bloomer McCrum, Amelia Harte, and Telewest Communications. Julie earned a B.Sc in Environmental Science from the University of Sunderland from 1992 to 1995.
