Mohamad Imam

Mohamad Imam is a seasoned gastroenterology professional with extensive experience, currently serving as a GI Hospitalist at Birmingham Gastroenterology Associates since July 2022. In addition, Mohamad has been an Academic Editor for Medicine Journal since July 2014. Prior experience includes a role as a Consultant Gastroenterologist at Tenet Healthcare from September 2019 to July 2022, and a Gastroenterology fellow at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center from July 2016 to June 2019. Mohamad completed residency training at the University of North Dakota from July 2013 to June 2016 and was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Mayo Clinic from September 2010 to June 2013. Academic credentials include a Certificate in Clinical Research from Mayo Clinic Graduate School and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Jordan University of Science and Technology.
