Ann opened the independent restaurant Opus in Birmingham in 2005 with a small team, and has since built it into a much-admired favourite, renowned for celebrating beautiful market fresh British produce from their family of suppliers. Michelin-recommended Opus is fiercely committed to core values of quality and an ethical approach to food using the best seasonal, home grown ingredients. Opus is embedded in their community, supporting the arts and local charities, particularly Sifa Fireside for homeless and vulnerable adults. A founding board member of the Colmore Business District. Ann became a Trustee in 2014.
