The Managers at BMet oversee various critical functions to ensure the smooth operation and high-quality delivery of educational services. They handle responsibilities such as managing work experience programs, IT initiatives, quality assurance, external funding contracts, operations, contract compliance, higher education operations, and human resources. Each manager ensures their respective departments align with the college’s mission of inspiring futures and realizing dreams for students across Birmingham.

The Lecturing and Educational Support Team at BMet is responsible for delivering high-quality education and training across a diverse range of subjects including horticulture, graphic design, architecture, accounting, ESOL, and pharmacy. The team comprises specialized trainers and assessors who foster student learning through structured courses, practical assessments, and tailored support, ensuring students gain the qualifications and skills needed for their future careers.

The Business Development Team at BMet focuses on establishing and nurturing relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations to promote the college's educational programs and training services. Comprising Business Development Managers, Advisors, and a Compliance Officer, the team works collaboratively to identify opportunities for partnerships, secure apprenticeships and traineeships placements, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. They play a pivotal role in expanding BMet's outreach and enhancing opportunities for students and employers in the West Midlands region.
