Lindsey Aldridge currently serves as the Curriculum Coordinator for Birmingham Public Schools since August 2023. Previous roles include High School Counselor at Walled Lake Consolidated Schools from September 2021 to September 2023, and multiple positions at Detroit Public Schools Community District from August 2017 to September 2021, including Assistant Director of Literacy Intervention and School Counselor. Earlier experience includes Mathematics Teacher and Math Department Head at Bryan ISD from August 2014 to May 2017, as well as GEAR UP Teacher at Texas A&M University from March 2011 to May 2014, focusing on dropout prevention and mathematics intervention. Lindsey Aldridge holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Mathematics and a Master of Education degree in Educational Psychology, both from Texas A&M University.

Birmingham Public Schools serves more than 8,300 students in Birmingham, Beverly Hills, Bingham Farms, Franklin and parts of five other suburban communities north of Detroit, Mich., where we inspire all learners to positively impact their world.
