Sara Newhouse serves as the Vice President for Admission & Financial Planning at Birmingham-Southern College since February 2013. In this role, Sara is a key member of various leadership teams and oversees strategic recruitment processes aimed at enhancing enrollment and optimizing financial aid allocation. Achievements include implementing successful admission strategies that resulted in the second largest incoming class in the College’s history and restructuring the Office of Admission for better operational alignment. Previous roles include Associate Director of Admission Operations & Events at Enrollment Research Associates and Senior Associate. Sara earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Trinity University in 2000.
