Cathy Moras

Cathy Moras is a skilled professional with extensive experience in both yoga instruction and library services. Currently serving as a Yoga Instructor at Birmingham YMCA since February 2015, Cathy has also held similar roles at Ascension and TeamFit. In addition to yoga, Cathy operated a small business focused on research and genealogy at iHistory LLC from December 2020 to December 2021. Cathy’s library career spans significant positions such as Teaching Librarian at Notre Dame Preparatory School and Marist Academy, Hourly Librarian at Rochester Hills Public Library, and Adult/Teen Services Librarian at Orion Township Public Library. Cathy's early career includes work as an Archivist at Cranbrook Educational Community. Cathy's educational background includes a Master of Library and Information Science with a focus on Archival Administration from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Michigan.
