Terri Harvill has a diverse work experience. Terri began their career in 1990 as a Licensed Minister and Motivational/Leadership Development Speaker. In 1995, they joined Birmingham YMCA as the Chief Social Impact Officer. In 2006, they moved to YMCA of Greater Birmingham and held the roles of District Executive Director and later District Vice President. Their responsibilities included overseeing operations, managing budgets, developing staff, and fundraising. Throughout their career, Terri has been dedicated to helping families, youth, and inspiring various audiences through their motivational speaking. Their work experience spans over 27 years.

Terri Harvill completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration from Talladega College, where they attended from 1991 to 1995. Terri later pursued a Master of Science degree in Organizational Management from Springfield College, where they studied from 2004 to 2006.
