Mikkel F. Birn

Mikkel F. Birn is the Founder and CEO of Birn+Partners, a company specializing in Executive Search, Board Services, and Leadership Consulting across Europe since 2013. Mikkel serves as the Board Chair and Partner at SelectionF, a network of experienced female executives originating from Denmark and expanding to the Nordic countries. Previous roles include a member of the Supervisory Board at Innovation Fund Denmark, contributing to strategic research and innovation investment, and Founder of VL 93 at The Danish Management Society. Mikkel's past experience also includes Group CEO and Managing Partner at SAM Headhunting, Sales Director at Rahmqvist A/S, and a procurement role at Bison Club A/S. Mikkel's education includes an MBA in Executive Management from Coventry University and Board Governance training from INSEAD.
