Idan Blutman

Idan Blutman is an experienced program and community manager currently working at Birthright Israel Excel since May 2021, with a history as a logistics coordinator. Blutman serves as a private tutor in social sciences statistics and music through limudnaim.co.il since September 2017, while also lecturing on SPSS at Wolfson Nursing School and Hadassa Jerusalem College. As the founder of the Tel Aviv "Otzma" Frisbee Club, Blutman established teams comprising over 50 players and built a volunteer community. Previous roles include voice AI conversation designer at Voiceable, field operations manager at Ariel & Adiel Events Production, and bilingual customer service representative at Jerusalem Theatre. Blutman served as a first sergeant in the Israel Defense Forces' paratrooper division. Academically, Blutman holds dual bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Musicology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, supplemented by an exchange program at Emory University.
