Melissa Roman

Melissa Roman serves as the Director of Graphic Design at Birthright Israel Foundation, a position held since November 2022, where responsibilities include creating print and social media marketing materials and managing printer relationships. Previously, Melissa worked at The Jewish Agency for Israel from October 2011 to October 2022, advancing from Graphic Design Intern to Marketing Producer, managing graphic design projects and evolving the organization's brand identity. Earlier experience includes a Design/Office Assistant role at Bay Terrace Center of the Samuel Field YM/YWHA, focusing on promotional design materials and website management. Melissa holds a degree in Media Studies with concentrations in Graphic Design and Political Science from Hunter College.
