Marius M. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical operations and management. Currently serving as the Technical Operations Manager at BIS Digital, Inc. since May 2022, Marius has a strong entrepreneurial background as the Founder and CEO of MISYS LLC since August 2011, specializing in technical consulting across multiple sectors including satellite communications and IT solutions. Previously, Marius worked as a Broadcast Fleet Supervisor at Carnival Cruise Lines from July 2005 to November 2011, where responsibilities included supervising technical entertainment operations on cruise ships and enhancing team efficiency. Earlier career experience includes serving as Industrial Maintenance Director at IAME-SA Romania Electric Motor Works for over 15 years, overseeing the maintenance department for a large-scale manufacturing facility. Marius holds a degree in Applied Electronics from UPB.
