Lopamudra Khanna is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in managing global operations and client servicing solutions within sustainable frameworks. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at BEE Incorporations since May 2022, Lopamudra oversees the management of global operations and acts as the SPOC for WELL® Performance Verification and Testing. Previously, as Associate Director of Operations at Green Business Certification, Inc., responsibilities included evaluating program performance and standardizing customer service delivery systems. With an impressive background that encompasses roles at Group10, Tata Sky Ltd, Aviva Life Insurance Company, and others, Lopamudra has demonstrated expertise in talent management, strategic initiative development, and customer satisfaction. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University, along with a French diploma.
